IQM is proud to be selected for up to €17.5M funding from the EIC and thankful for the continuous support from Business Finland!

IQM has just been awarded a €2.5M grant and up to €15M of equity investment for their currently open Series A round from the EIC Accelerator program, for the development of quantum computers benefiting the industry and the society at large. Simultaneously we are happy to unveil our first quantum computer design to set the phase in our technology roadmap.

IQM secures US$13M Seed Round for Quantum Computing

ESPOO, Finland, July 9th, 2019 – Our vision to drive disruptive advancements in quantum computing is now supported by a seed investment round in IQM. Our startup is a spinout from Aalto University (Aalto) and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT), where we are developing high-speed quantum processors to reduce the error rates currently limiting quantum computers. We are looking forward to an exciting future!

IQM moves into new headquarters​

ESPOO, Finland, May 1st, 2019 – IQM operations start in the new headquarters on the Otaniemi research campus in Espoo near Helsinki. Being located in the close vicinity of Aalto University and VTT Technical Research Center Finland allows IQM a smooth integration of fabrication processes and experimental work. The new headquarters allow IQM to grow the company in its early phase.
